Pharmacy Technician

Chester Pharmacy Ltd., with three Pharmasave drug stores along Nova Scotia’s beautiful South Shore (Chester, Chester Basin, Hubbards), is currently hiring for the full-time position of Pharmacy Technician.

This is your chance to get your foot in the door covering a one-year maternity leave potentially leading to a permanent position.

 

The ideal applicant should possess a minimum two years experience with a demonstrated knowledge of all associated duties, such as:

 

• Greeting Customers, Receiving Prescriptions
• Medication Order Entry, Inventory Maintenance
• Compliance Packaging, Promoting Clinical Activities
• POS Systems and Reporting
• Processing Cash and Other Duties As Required

 

Must be self-motivated team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and be able to function effectively in a busy work environment.
